How To Easily Build Your Outfits Around Booties
Hey gals! It's Deidre. In a perfect world, it would be fall year-round so I could wear ripped jeans, booties and a v-neck tee with funky jewelry all the time. Seriously. That would be my daily wardrobe.
When Tina said we were having a week dedicated to wearing fall boots, I immediately knew which pair I wanted to share with you all.
I'm about to tell you how I was lucky enough to stumble upon these beauties!
One of my favorite fashion bloggers, Happily Grey, had a closet sale at a local boutique in my neighborhood several months ago. My friend Graceann and I were basically the first ones in line to shop. We got to sift through jeans, t-shirts, dresses, shoes, jackets, and everything in between. All the items came straight from the closet of one of the most fashionable people on the internet, who was there to greet us and help us shop her closet. What a dream!

Since I'm in the beauty industry, I naturally wear a lot of black. It's a pretty casual workplace and I am on my feet all day, so I can't wear heels or even wedges to work. Plus, I'm lucky to be able to dress pretty much however I want (without being too unprofessional!)
This would be a great option for a workday if you're in a creative field. Black skinnies, a white button down and a denim jacket. You might think that sounds too basic, but when you have the statement booties and fun jewelry, it's the perfect amount of spunk!
See what I mean?! When the shoes make such a bold statement, you can't overdo it on everything else.
