The sparkle and shine is ON! I would only be caught wearing this much sparkle for a NYE outfit.
And I would have so much fun!
This much sparkle means I'll either go with lots of jewelry or a bejeweled clutch, which is my choice. A spray tan would help, though. But I seriously doubt that's gonna happen. I embrace my pale skin for winter.
