Sometimes color can be too demanding, so says Diane Keaton, and since she worships at the altar of Ralph Lauren like I do (obvious figure of speech), I'll agree. Black and white is so crisp and classic for Spring. Once June hits, it's hard to wear black because it just feels so hot, which is why white is such a good foil. You have this in your closet already. White jeans + black t-shirt (think Jackie O.), black patio pants + white button-down (think Audrey Hepburn), black pencil skirt + white blouse (think any of us). If you need to refresh what you have, I've found some worthy contenders.
