Deidre's Famous Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - The Stylish Girl's Easy Guide to the Holidays - Day 22

Hey gals! It's Deidre. I'm sharing with you my favorite thing (besides seeing my family) about going home for the holidays! My mom and my aunt have carried on the legacy of baking my Grandma's famous Pumpkin Chiffon Pie. I'm not even a sweets person and this pie is something I crave during the holidays.

For the first time in seven years, I spent Thanksgiving at home in Michigan with my family. My parents didn't think I was coming home, so I surprised them by walking in the door yelling "I hope there's extra pumpkin pie!" They screamed so loud. Mission accomplished. And yes, there was pie.

My mother, Linda has agreed to let me share the recipe with all of you. Add a little cool whip on top and your Christmas will be unforgettable.
