Trend alert! You've probably been noticing a warmer Fall palette when you're browsing online or in stores. Not that you can't still wear bright pink and yellow, but how about all these rich brown hues everywhere like chocolate, caramel, honey, cognac, tobacco? I love them all! And the great thing about wearing shades of brown is that (1) they are softer than black against our complexion, and (2) browns pair better with other colors than black. Think black and red or black and blue - Georgia Bulldogs and Kentucky Wildcats, right? But brown and red or brown and blue - soft, pretty and less "gameday." 

Chocolate brown cords and a pale pink sweater (similar) make a great Fall color combination.
