Ten days left before Christmas, and if you're scurrying around to find something to wear to all the parties and events you have scheduled, the first thing you need to do is get my mini-Holiday Wardrobe help. Show me what's in your closet and I'll show you how to pull it together for any party! If you're missing something, I'll get it for you. Here's an example. You can dress up literally anything in your closet for a holiday party with 3 accessories: red lipstick, big earrings and fancy shoes. Just add your black funeral dress (every closet I have been in over the past 16 years has a "funeral dress" lurking in the back corner, that usually needs to be updated, btw). If you are tired of your black sheath, try black jeans, and a silk top. Those are kind of the worst case scenarios, when you really have nothing to wear. But I know you probably have something! Here are some more ideas you can use for holiday outfits, and if you don't have one or more of the key pieces, like black jeans or a topper, it's a good time to get them so you have them on hand.
