It's Still Summer
Get as much out of your summer wardrobe as you possibly can because it will be a long while til we see sundresses and sandals. I'm still dressing like it's summer well into September...but slowly starting to transition once the mornings are a bit cooler.

I wear my white jeans year round. But come September, I'm tired of dressing like it's still July (even though it still feels like it in much of the South) so I'll start transitioning to fall-like colors and introduce cognac, animal print and more fallish accessories.

Now I'll switch to darker jeans on a more regular basis (but my white jeans are still in the rotation), and I'll add boots. I'd say this is right around the first cool morning, which is typically mid-to-late September for us in Nashville.
