Whoo Hoo It's Summer! And it's time for pool days, picnics and vacations! Let me pack you for your next vacation! One of my favorite things I do is pack people for trips. I have shopped and packed for so many of you already this Summer, and, boy, do I wish one of you would just stick me in your suitcase and take me with you! How about Paris, or the Greek Isles, Italy, Spain, Boston, Sanibel Island!! You know who you are :) Here in Beersheba Springs it's quite nice, too, where the photo above was taken with my niece and nephew-in-law on one of their visits. We're having sunset cocktails on my neighbor Laurel's porch. Divine. (Similar to my dress here.) There's always a breeze on the bluff, a friend to share tea with and blackberries to pick or gardens to tend. And always, a visit on the porch. That's my back porch below. We run out of numbers counting our blessings!

What To Pack For A Summer Vacation

By now, I think, if you've been reading me for a while, you'll know the key to a great travel wardrobe is to pick a tight color palette and stick to it. I like two neutrals and a pop of color. This way, everything goes with everything else. Here are some examples for a short weekend trip.
