1. Sail to Sable Red Crepe Top Regularly $198 / Insider price $178.20
Surprised by the red top? I know, it's WAY outside my box but I like to keep things interesting, and you know I've been hinting at adding pops of red to my home this Christmas, and now it's crept into my wardrobe. I saw this top, it was sold out, but Halsbrook was able to get more! If you love red, you haven't seen much of it here over the years, so now's your chance to get a gorgeous red blouse I even love. And if you haven't tried red, I recommend it. Your brain will be surprised and required to shift and change, which I hear is the best way to keep from getting old.

The ruffles at the wrist truly make this blouse! They are just how I like a sleeve embellishment, subtle and flattering. I'm not a fan of oversized bell sleeves or too many ruffles, but these are just so pretty! Insiders, do you recognize our Twist Cobra Bracelet from our last deal with Halsbrook? 2. LK Bennett Black Lace Dress Regularly $520 / Insider price $468
You probably have a lace dress. But if you don't have this one, you really don't have the perfect one (unless it's one I helped you buy prior to my knowledge of the existence of this lovely dress). It's an exquisite black lacy design over a pale-blue underlay, with a pretty grosgrain belt. I styled it with the belt (tied in the back) and with one of my own belts for a different look. This would make a perfect holiday party outfit and also a great wedding guest dress! It could be a Mother of the Bride or Groom for a daytime or late afternoon wedding. And you would re-wear it for years to come. One caveat - you are not allowed to wear blue shoes. Black patent is the perfect match for this dress. Nude would work in warmer months.
I do love the length if this dress. It works because it is penciled. Gives you that hourglass shape. Coco is trying so hard to be photogenic.
Make sure you have the dress tapered if you wear it long. If you prefer it shorter, you can hem it..see the next photos.
I like it hemmed right to the highest quadrant of the kneecap.
Your seamstress can follow the lace and cut into the hem to create the same hemline.
I typically like a bow tied to the side, in a half bow. But this dress is so pretty and dainty I thought it was appropriate to tie it in the back. Just don't tie it on the front - you don't want an appendage on your belly.
You can also add your own belt - keep it simple. Black or navy.
3. Kenneth Jay Lane Freshwater Pearl Clip Earrings Regularly $90 / Insider price $81
I am such a sucker for pearls! And I love a good baroque pearl. These have a cushioned clip-on back that I never even felt while wearing them. I think the gold plated brass setting makes them quite modern, yet still timeless.
Notice how I'm wearing them casually here. You can also dress them up for a party! They are your new "pearl studs."
4. Kayu Brown Lacquered Wood Clutch Regularly $345 / Insider price $310.50
The lacquered brown wood composition of Kayu's Logan clutch makes it a perfect accessory year round. It is beautifully handcrafted, and feels like a polished piece of fine wood in your hand. It is not heavy, though. It passed my iPhone test. Lipstick and cc's will fit, too. And it goes nicely inside a larger handbag. It also features round brass clasps and an optional chain strap for hands-free mingling. It is so totally unexpected during the holidays. You know, not everything can be shiny and sparkly.

I have always loved horn jewelry! Nest is known for its stunning use of natural horn, and these bangles are no exception. This set of seven dark horn bangles - wear them together or mix with other bracelets - are sleek and has natural, light variations that make each set unique.

This is the bag. The bag you've been looking for. It's not too slouchy but not too stiff, either. And that leather....mmmm. It's so supple and rich. And the color is a beautiful caramel honey tone. And there's a brilliant design feature: there's a custom-crafted hidden opening on the upper part of the flap for easy access to your phone or keys without having to open the whole bag.
