Wardrobe Staple: A Year-Round Denim Skirt
Tina, here.
The denim skirt is like the perfect mix of ladylike and casual. You’ve seen me wear mine in the summer with t-shirts and flip flops, and just as easily with a blazer and heels. A white denim skirt is even better, and is clearly (to me, and soon to be to you) a year-round wardrobe staple.

If you google white denim skirt, I am floored by how few good options there are. I mean, first of all, there's a rut in the market (it's still early in the season though) but secondly, what's out there is awful. [Style Vault members, the one I selected for you in January's Bonus Issue is still available, and I was able to hunt down another style, just added to February's Style Notes.]
Here's how to wear a white denim skirt, winter into spring.

[Style Vault members, shop a March must-have early! A caramel faux suede jacket almost identical to this one, just added to February's Style Notes, will be a March must-have.]
3. Wear earth tones and neutrals with white denim in winter (navy works, too), just not pastels.

As the weather warms up, I'll switch out my camel turtleneck and heavy pashmina for lighter cotton sweaters. You know I love a good lesson in transitioning clothes from one season to another!
So, I'm pretty sure you see by now that a denim skirt is everything. Wash it like you do your jeans: in cold water and hang to dry.
